RCM Medical Biller, Taguig

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit medical claims accurately and on time. 
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage.     
• Review patient information, charges, and documents before submission. 
• Coordinate coding and charge capture for proper billing.
• Track claims and follow up to ensure reimbursement.
• Resolve denied or rejected claims.
• Post insurance and patient payments in the system.
• Work with teams to fix billing issues.
• Assist with patient billing inquiries.
• Review reports and ensure compliance with billing regulations.

• Minimum of 6 months in RCM or any healthcare account in BPO
• Knowledgeable in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes is a plus
• Can start immediately
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
