*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid setup (Mckinley)! You'll drive talent acquisition for US healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare clients (USRNs, Travel Nurses, Community Nurses, etc.)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume hiring
- Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases
- Ensure compliance with US credentialing, licensure, and standards
- Collaborate with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams
- Work in a metrics-driven environment, meeting recruitment goals

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years US healthcare recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting USRNs, Travel Nurses, and other clinical roles
- Proficient in sourcing tools and US compliance standards
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Notes:
- Training: 6 weeks onsite
- Hybrid/WAHA setup after training
- Shift: GY HC (14 SD: April 6)
- PSG and FND HR experience not acceptable
