Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Non-Voice CSR to handle customer interactions across email, live chat, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to provide timely resolutions while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely manner
  • Resolve basic inquiries and handle assigned transactions efficiently
  • Process policy change requests through OWB case creation and route to the appropriate Operations Business Unit
  • Coordinate inquiries and investigation requests with the Operations team
  • Escalate complaints to the Feedback Management Specialist when necessary
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to customers regarding their concerns
  • Meet daily and monthly productivity targets, ensuring required turnaround times are achieved
  • Maintain accurate case records to support knowledge base development
  • Assist in preparing administrative reports related to non-voice transactions

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice)
  • College graduate
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
