We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Officer to manage and grow our online presence. If you love food, content creation, and turning views into real customers this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging content (photos, reels, stories, TikTok videos)
• Develop monthly content calendars
• Shoot and edit food, drinks, and store visuals
• Write catchy captions and promotional posts
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
• Respond to messages, comments, and reviews
• Monitor engagement and grow followers organically
• Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media for F&B or retail brands
• Strong photography and basic video editing skills
• Creative, trendy, and updated with social media algorithms
• Can work fast and execute ideas independently
• Passion for food, coffee, and branding
