Growth Operations Manager (Acquisition, Conversion & Retention), Taguig

Role Mission

Own the full growth loop from external social platforms to the main site: build and optimize online traffic entry points, drive qualified users to the main site (or mini program/app), and run community operations to convert, retain, and increase repeat purchasescreating a scalable acquisition activation conversion retention system.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Operations (Online Entry Points / Traffic Acquisition)

• Manage and optimize accounts and/or account matrices across key platforms such as [Telegram, Viber, FB, etc.], and build stable traffic entry points
• Design and continuously optimize the end-to-end user journey, improving visit rate, lead capture rate, and conversion rate.
• Build and maintain channel attribution and tracking, monitor funnel metrics, and iterate based on data (impressions engagement clicks visits sign-ups/leads/bets).
• Establish channel SOPs and a recurring performance review process: topic selection strategy, publishing cadence, viral content analysis, distribution tactics, and compliance with platform rules and traffic policies.

Community Operations (Private Domain Activation / Conversion / Retention)

• Build and operate the community system: positioning, onboarding rules, group guidelines, atmosphere management, and user segmentation/tagging (new users / active / dormant / VIP).
• Plan and execute community content and engagement rhythms: topics, live sessions/shares, check-in challenges, and benefit campaigns to improve engagement, retention, and trust.
• Own conversion within the private domain: onboarding flows, benefit delivery, Q&A/support, and 1:1 follow-ups (in collaboration with sales/consultants when applicable) to increase consultation and purchase/enrollment conversion.
• Standardize and scale best practices: community SOPs, message scripts/playbooks, operating calendars, and user case studies/testimonials to drive referrals and viral growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with Data, Design, Product, and Customer Support to deliver landing pages, tracking instrumentation, tool configuration, campaign launches, and dashboards.
• Produce regular data analyses and growth retrospectives, propose actionable optimization plans, and drive execution to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above; 13 years of experience in Channel Ops / Growth Ops / Community Ops / Private Domain Ops .
• Strong understanding of content distribution and traffic-driving tactics on at least 12 major platforms (e.g., Telegram, Facebook), including common limitations and compliance requirements for external traffic redirection.
• Solid data capability: able to diagnose issues using funnel metrics and run A/B tests or comparative analyses; proficient with Excel/Spreadsheets; familiarity with dashboards/BI concepts (SQL/BI is a plus).
• Strong content and campaign planning skills: able to independently create plans, execute on schedule, and iterate through retrospectives.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills; able to align external partners/users and internal stakeholders.
• Results-driven, strong ownership, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
