Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes for diagnoses
• Ensure compliance with risk adjustment coding guidelines
• Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
• Support audits and quality improvement initiatives
