Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Experience Level: 35 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
