Retail Sales Associate, Taguig

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers, promote products, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is confident in interacting with customers and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Handle transactions (cash, card, etc.) accurately
• Monitor inventory and report stock needs
• Promote ongoing sales, promos, and new arrivals

Requirements:

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• With or without sales experience (experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
