Retail Sales Manager, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

Set ambitious targets and lead, motivate, and coach sales and distribution teams toward a high-performance culture.

Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies for maximum impact.

Oversee the entire sales processfrom lead generation to closing dealsand implement effective operational procedures.

Manage the distribution network, negotiate with carriers, and optimize warehouse and inventory operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring proactive problem-solving and long-term loyalty.

Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product Development to drive joint initiatives and organizational success.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious sales quotas while adapting to shifting market trends.

Strong background in recruiting, training, and mentoring high-performance sales and distribution teams.

Experience managing complex sales processes and distribution networks, including contract negotiations with logistics providers.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction and cross-departmental collaboration.

Proficiency in monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and managing inventory levels.
