POSITION TITLE: Sales Assistant (US BPO)

WORK LOCATION: BGC, Taguig

WORK SETUP: Night Shift | PHT 11PM-8AM

SALARY: PHP 17k - PHP 47k


About the Role


The Sales Admin will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Sales team. This role ensures smooth coordination of sales calls, proper documentation, and timely follow-ups with clients and prospects. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate records, assisting with sales outreach, and enabling the sales team to focus on driving revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Support Tasks

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, proactively respond to client inquiries, and verify job information with clients. Take ownership of creating job listings based on the information gathered.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, interviews, and internal discussions.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, tracking lead progress, and documenting outcomes.

Administrative Tasks

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Sales team.
  • Organize and update digital folders, sales trackers, and reference materials.
  • Assist in managing email correspondence, reminders, and task follow-ups.
  • Ensure that all sales-related documentation is properly filed and accessible.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience.
  • Fluent in English with neutral accent.
  • Able to create documents/manuals.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in task management.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a BPO, sales support, or telemarketing environment.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume calls and multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team goals.

The position is on-site at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines.

Work Schedule: PHT 11PM-8AM
