Were hiring a "Training Specialist" to lead and develop teams in the US Healthcare space. If you enjoy coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, this role is for you.
Job Description:
This role is to deliver high-quality training programs for healthcare professionals within a BPO/CPO setting. Responsible for developing talent, improving performance, and ensuring clinical and process excellence.
Requirements:
- Active PHRN / USRN license
- At least 1 year of teaching experience; academe background is welcome
- Must have at least 1 year CPO experience, preferably Utilization Review background
- Can START ASAP
Salary: Up to 60k Package (negotiable) +70k Sign on Bonus
Work Set-up: Onsite/Hybrid
