Description

A key responsibility of the Administrative Officer is to manage and process Special Work Permits (SWP), 9G Working Visas, Alien Employment Permits (AEP), and other required government permits for foreign nationals working in the Philippines, ensuring full compliance with immigration and labor regulations.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or any related field.

Experience

At least 23 years of experience in administrative operations.

Experience in processing SWP, 9G Visa, AEP, and other government permits for foreign employees is mandatory.

Experience dealing with government agencies is an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of Philippine immigration procedures and labor regulations for foreign workers.

Strong organizational and documentation management skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
