* Uses advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases.

* Ensures candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards.

* Works in a metricsdriven RPO environment and collaborates with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams.
