Patient Care Coordinator, Taguig

Customer-focused role responsible for patient follow-ups, relaying results, and coordinating appointments, referrals, and pre-approvals.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate (SHS/College level accepted)
• Open to fresh grads or with voice account experience
• Good communication skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Willing to work shifting schedule and on-site in Taguig

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
• Make outbound calls for patient retention
• Prepare patient reports/letters
• Use medical systems for patient support and follow-ups
• Follow HIPAA guidelines
