- Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM 6:00 PM
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Presents new products and services
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, and educate customer
- Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
- Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required

Qualifications:
- Korean Bilingual speaking Agents (Preferably Filipino Native)
- Must be fluent in both English and Korean
- Open to College Graduates
- Undergraduates or SHS/HS graduates (old curriculum) must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to working on shifting schedules
- Willing to work in a Hybrid Set Up
- Preferably based in Metro Manila
- Must have an active Viber account
