HR Manager/Supervisor, Taguig

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance our HR operations. This role will be responsible for managing key HR functions including recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and training & development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with HRIS systems, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff and management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation with high attention to detail
• Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous HR experience in a similar role
• Experience in HR functions (recruiting, payroll, employee relations)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
