Description

Provide pharmaceutical care to patients by ensuring appropriate medication management.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapy and improve patient outcomes.
Review and verify physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
Dispense medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and health maintenance.
Once a week duty and whenever the Branch Pharmacist is on leave

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy with PRC License
Experience Level: 13 years of experience in a pharmacy environment
Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibility and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
