USRN Medical Coder, Taguig

Salary: 100,000 PHP - 120,000 PHP + 150k SOB (fixed weekends off)

Qualifications:

• Active PHRN + USRN License
• 2 years Bedside experience
• 1 to 2 years of hospital coding experience
• at least 1 of the following:

CDIP (AHIMA) | CPC | CCS (AHIMA) - IP/OP | CIC (AAPC) | CCDS

Job Description:

Reviews clinical documentation to accurately assign diagnostic and procedural codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) for billing, reimbursement, and audit purposes. Candidates should have strong clinical knowledge to interpret complex medical records, identify documentation gaps, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines.
