Description
Client Management & Relationship Building
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage multiple accounts across different industries (SMEs, startups, brands)
  • Lead onboarding, strategy discussions, and regular performance reviews
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth


Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan and oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns:
  • Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Content and brand positioning
  • Translate client goals into clear strategies, timelines, and KPIs
  • Work with the team to execute campaigns effectively
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to hit performance targets


Project & Team Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with:
  • Designers, video editors, and content writers
  • Media buyers / ads specialists
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, and reports
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities across accounts
  • Keep internal teams aligned with client goals and deadlines


Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports and insights to clients
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Track KPIs and ensure campaigns are optimized continuously


Business Growth & Strategy
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion (upsell / cross-sell)
  • Support proposals, presentations, and new client onboarding
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially in the Philippine market




Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proven experience handling client accounts and multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong background in: social media management, paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, FB, Ig, etc.), campaign planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities
  • Able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and proactively address client and campaign-related concerns
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and recommend solutions without constant supervision
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (creatives, media buyers, etc.)
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
  • Amenable to work onsite Monday to Friday in BGC.
