To ensure accuracy between actual stock quantity and system records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates inventory count schedule to process owners and drafts inventory count schedule.
• During inventory count checks accuracy of actual inventory versus warehouse pre-count data.
• Records audit observations during count and update the discussion sheet subject for review of the Senior Audit Officer and discussion to auditees.
• Clarifies and confirm issues/concerns to auditees as needed.
• Performs actual count (AC) checking encoding in Pandabooks after inventory count if tally with the actual count prior to marking of the inventory count in Pandabooks.
• Final checks the AC prior to automated adjustment process in the system, Ensures total quantity and cost after marking tallies with the actual count and pre-encoded inventory details.
• Checks and monitors inventory transactions documents at the warehouse and ensures discussion sheets are updated prior to review of Audit Supervisor/Audit Manager.
• Collects all inventory count sheets, count tags and checks completeness of files signatures and attachments.
• Reconciles inventory count data and submits results to the Senior Audit Officer within deadline, for review.
• Monitors submission, signing variance acknowledgement reports and Incident Report (IR) and status of prior IRs.
• Provides updates to Audit Supervisor/Audit Manager regarding the signing status and submission of the signed acknowledgement reports to the Managing Director and HR.

Qualifications

Education:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors / College Degree in Accountancy, Auditing, Financial Accounting or Business Administration

Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome
