Sales Representative, Taguig

Working Schedule: Monday Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Salary Offer: 20,000 35,000 (depending on experience) + Commission

Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp. is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and increasing company revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through fieldwork, networking, and online platforms
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions
• Follow up on client inquiries, payments, and project status
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Commission is based on CBM (Cubic Meter) of successfully closed and delivered transactions
• Higher volume (CBM) sales correspond to higher commission earnings
• Commission is released upon successful delivery and/or payment (depending on company policy)

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
• Proven experience in sales (construction, materials, or related industry is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel to different client sites
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• With valid drivers license is a plus
