Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers by providing product and service information
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and accurately
  • Handle account updates, service requests, and related transactions
  • Maintain updated records and document customer interactions
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and performance standards


Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Willing to work on-site
  • High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good communication skills
