Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the company's Affiliate (marketing) channel operations.
  • Find, expand, and maintain resources from 3C KOLs/KOCs/content creators.
  • Negotiate cooperation models (commission sharing, CPS, CPA, etc.).
  • Follow up on influencer promotion performance, optimize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Monitor affiliate backend data, analyze promotion performance, and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Maintain cooperative relationships and increase influencer repurchase rates.
  • Pay attention to industry trends and competitor promotion strategies, and develop growth plans.


Qualifcations:
  • 1-2 years of affiliate business development experience preferred
  • Familiar with backend seller center operations on platforms like TikTok and Shopee
  • Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills
  • Strong data analysis skills, familiar with basic ad placement and conversion logic
  • Good English communication skills
