Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in administrative or office support work (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • With good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned at The Curve - BGC Taguig City


Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the office or department.
  • Manage and organize files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other office documents as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring office supplies and coordinate purchasing when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding administrative concerns.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
