Job Opening: Call Center Agent (E-commerce Account) Fairview Terraces

Location: Fairview Terraces, Quezon City, Metro Manila

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our ramp hiring for our e-commerce call center account at Fairview Terraces. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, provide support, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and customer inquiries professionally
• Assist customers with product questions, order issues, and complaints
• Provide accurate information about the e-commerce platform and services
• Document and report customer interactions in the system
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet KPIs

Requirements:

• At least a High School graduate (College level preferred)
• Basic to good English communication skills in English and Filipino
• Customer-focused, patient, and solution-oriented
• Flexible to work on shifts including weekends and holidays
• Amenable to work onsite
• Can start ASAP
