Job Summary:
The Finance/Admin Staff provides administrative support to the office while assisting with basic financial and documentation tasks. The role involves coordinating office records, handling simple financial documentation, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office and management.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and records.
- Handle filing, data entry, and record keeping for office and financial documents.
- Assist with basic billing, invoices, and payment monitoring.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative needs.
- Manage office supplies and assist with office logistics when needed.
- Help monitor and organize company expenses and receipts.
- Respond to emails and assist with internal coordination.
- Perform other admin or clerical tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related course.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and office systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
