Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring service quality, and meeting operational goals while supporting international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of assigned teams
  • Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and service level targets are met
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to team members
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite at TP Silver City
  • Amenable to graveyard shift
  • Open to supporting US, Canada, Australia, or UK markets
  • Able to start immediately is highly preferred
  • Note: Former employees of Teleperformance are not eligible for rehire
