Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 812+ years of extensive retail sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/managerial capacity.
  • Proven history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million peso sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, geographically dispersed retail teams and develop future leaders.
