Medical Billing Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with inquiries related to medical billing, insurance coverage, and payment options

Handle billing concerns through calls, emails, or chat in a professional and timely manner

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denied claims, and account issues

Clearly explain billing statements, insurance benefits, and available financial assistance

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex billing concerns efficiently

Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance and quality standards

Qualifications:

12 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare revenue cycle management, or customer support

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex billing information for patients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and confidentiality
