Educational Background:

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Internal Auditing or Accounting Information Systems
• CPA or non-CPA

Experience:

• 02 years of relevant experience in:
• Internal Audit
• External Audit
• Accounting or Compliance work
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of:
• Accounting principles and financial reporting
• Internal control systems
• Risk management concepts
• Audit procedures and documentation
• Philippine tax and regulatory compliance
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software
• Familiarity with:
• Internal auditing standards (IIA framework)
• COSO Internal Control Framework
• Basic Philippine tax rules and BIR compliance

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to prepare audit reports and working papers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
