Marketing Manager, Taguig

The Marketing Manager is a key strategic partner and execution leader responsible for driving, managing, and delivering marketing initiatives that align with both client needs and company objectives. This role actively collaborates with clients to understand their wants, needs, and objectives, develops tailored marketing solutions, and ensures that campaigns, creative content, digital marketing, and events are executed effectively, on time, and with measurable results. The Marketing Manager ensures alignment with the Senior Marketing Managers strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Collaboration & Pitch Development

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals, expectations, and marketing needs.
• Develop tailored pitch decks, proposals, and marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Lead presentations to clients confidently, translating client insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Act as the main point contact for client-related campaign execution, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

2. Creative Content Development

• Lead and supervise the creation of branding materials, promotional assets, and marketing collaterals.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with client needs, company brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.

3. Digital Marketing Leadership

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and paid advertising.
• Monitor key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Ensure consistent messaging, brand identity, and client alignment across all digital platforms.

4. On-Ground Event & Activation Management

• Own planning and execution of brand activations, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaboratively work to procurement to coordinate the logistics, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring events meet client and company expectations.
• Collect feedback and analyze outcomes to improve future events.

5.Marketing Campaign Oversight

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels (PR, influencer marketing, sponsorships, partnerships).
• Track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and report outcomes to the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Ensure all campaigns are client-focused, results-driven, and aligned with strategic objectives.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and creativity within the marketing team.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and marketing projects.

7. Administrative & Strategic Reporting

• Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, client communications, content calendars, and marketing assets.
• Provide detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Contribute innovative ideas for marketing strategy, workflow improvements, and client engagement.
