Key Responsibilities


Provide friendly and professional support to healthcare members via phone, email, or chat

Handle inquiries regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and account concerns

Assist customers with service requests and provide accurate information

Document customer interactions and follow up when necessary

Maintain excellent customer service and quality standards in every interaction


Qualifications


At least 6 months Call Center experience (International Voice Account)

Healthcare account experience is a PLUS

Willing to complete 1-day onsite hiring process after phone screening

Must be willing to work 100% Onsite in McKinley, Taguig
