Job Description:
We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account. You will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls for healthcare concerns
- Assist members with benefits, claims, and account inquiries
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Maintain high-quality service and professionalism
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
- At least 1 year BPO / Call Center experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
