Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account. You will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls for healthcare concerns
  • Assist members with benefits, claims, and account inquiries
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Maintain high-quality service and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
  • At least 1 year BPO / Call Center experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
