Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat

Address inquiries, order concerns, and account-related issues for a Retail account

Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up

Maintain quality service and a positive customer experience

Qualifications

At least 6 months Call Center experience in an International Voice Account, OR

No Call Center Experience required, but must have strong English proficiency and communication skills

Retail account experience is a plus

Willing to complete same-day onsite process after passing the phone pre-screening

Amenable to work 100% onsite
