Job Summary:

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all types of trucks, with specialized expertise in Euro 5 engines. Ensures that all vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with emission standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all types of trucks (diesel, petrol, light, and heavy-duty trucks).
• Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, suspension checks, and other routine services.
• Provide specialized service for Euro 5 engines, including emission systems: EGR, DPF, SCR, and catalytic converters.
• Calibrate engine control systems to maintain performance and emission compliance.
• Use diagnostic tools for all truck types, including advanced tools for Euro 5 engines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Follow all safety protocols and handle hazardous materials responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Vocational certificate or diploma in Automotive Technology, Diesel Mechanics, or related field.
• Experience in truck maintenance across multiple types and sizes.
• Proven knowledge of Euro 5 engine systems and emission compliance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in general truck mechanics (light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks).
• Specialized knowledge in Euro 5 engines and emission technologies.
• Familiarity with electronic engine management and diagnostic systems.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
