Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Listen to customer inquiries and offer accurate information or solutions
  • Assist with order issues, product information, account updates, and general service needs
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude while meeting quality and service expectations


Qualifications

  • With at least 6 months Call Center experience handling International Voice Account
  • Healthcare experience is a PLUS
  • Willing to do same day process after passing the Pre-screening interview over the phone
  • Amenable to work 100% ONSITE in McKinley Taguig one HIRED!
