Employee Labor Relations Officer (Contractual), Taguig

Job description

1. Assist in handling employee relations concerns and inquiries in accordance with company policies.
2. Support the implementation of disciplinary procedures and documentation.
3. Maintain and organize employee records related to cases, incidents, and administrative actions.
4. Assist in investigating employee complaints, grievances, and workplace issues.
5. Coordinate with different departments regarding employee concerns and policy compliance.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR guidelines.
7. Assist in preparing reports related to employee relations cases and HR activities.
8. Support HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
9. Provide administrative support to the HR and Employee Relations team.

11. Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, HRTM, Legal Management, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing for a contractual position
