We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage sales administration and marketing operations and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sales admin tasks (order verification, sales contracts, commission vouchers, sales revision/no deliveries)
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Oversee company social media and online platforms
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales and marketing performance
• Lead and support the Sales & Marketing team
• Conduct training for Marketing / SA personnel

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 35 years experience in Sales Admin / Marketing supervisory
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in managing an Asian Server
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experienced in fast-paced environments and retail operations
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
• Can start ASAP
