Responsibilities
- Oversee U.S. employee benefits and people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and data transactions.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR and benefits processes.
- Resolve complex employee issues and serve as key partner to Operations leaders.
- Lead and develop the People Solutions & Benefits team.
- Drive process improvements and maintain HRIS data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Masters or HR certification a plus).
- 7+ years in people operations or U.S. benefits administration; 45+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in high-volume, operations-heavy environments (BPO, shared services, healthcare, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, benefits, HRIS systems, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
