Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats regarding patient billing and insurance-related inquiries.
Guide patients in understanding their billing statements, charges, and insurance coverage details.
Investigate and resolve billing issues, claim denials, and payment discrepancies.
Accurately record all customer interactions in the system while ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and TCPA.
Escalate complicated billing or compliance concerns to the appropriate senior staff when necessary.
Inform patients about payment arrangements, insurance benefits, and available financial assistance programs.
Achieve performance goals including resolution time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

At least 12 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), or customer support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex billing information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
