Spanish CSR, Taguig

We are looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work the night shift on-site in BGC Taguig.

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication.

• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years of Spanish Representative experience.
• Required BPO experience of at least a year.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
• Strong multi-tasking, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
