Non-Negotiable:
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial services, back-office operations, fund administration, or investment operations.
Advanced knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, and financial industry processes, including plan types, tax regulations, and trade processing workflows.
Proven ability to interpret complex transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal control frameworks.

Position Description:
We are seeking a Financial Processing Administrator to join our Back Office Operations team in a specialist capacity. This role will support complex investment product operations and is responsible for the end-to-end review, validation, and processing of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured, high-volume environment, while actively contributing to process optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end review, validation, and processing of complex mutual fund transactions, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, operational controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks
Oversee and maintain comprehensive, audit-ready documentation of transactions, reconciliations, and process controls
Serve as an escalation point for complex transaction discrepancies, conducting root-cause analysis and driving effective resolution strategies
Champion process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and risk reduction
Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance to junior team members, supporting knowledge transfer and team development
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely operational updates, risk reporting, and service excellence
