Digital Marketing Director (iGaming industry) - APAC, Taguig

This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership position. You will set the vision and strategy for user acquisition across APAC, ensuring our campaigns deliver exceptional ROI and scale. Youll work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across time zones to drive global success.

• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of online sports gaming and casinos to partner effectively on strategic deals.
• Cross-Timezone Leadership: Ability to manage and align global teams and stakeholders.
• Martech Mastery: Strong knowledge of marketing technology and its application in UA strategies.
• Lead Strategy: Define and own the UA vision for APAC, aligning with global objectives and client goals.
• Build & Scale Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing media buying team. Foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Drive Performance: Oversee UA budgets, set KPIs, and ensure campaigns deliver ROI-positive results.
• Innovate & Optimize: Identify new channels, targeting opportunities, and creative strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Executive Collaboration: Partner with leadership on full-service deals and strategic growth initiatives.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform strategy, validate assumptions, and continuously improve performance.

Education and Experience     

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: 7-10+ years of proven experience in Proven experience in a similar acquisition or growth marketing role, preferably within digital entertainment, online platforms, or technology industries.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience leading UA strategy and teams at scale in mobile performance marketing.   
• Expertise in Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other UA channels.
• Strong understanding of down-funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention, LTV).
• Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to dive into campaign details when needed.
• Agency or multi-market experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
