Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Business Solutions, or similar role
  • Experience in Financial Services or Insurance Agency is required
  • Experience handling HMO, healthcare, or medical-related accounts is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and client management skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • Can start as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities

  • Identify business gaps and develop strategic solutions to improve HMO and healthcare service offerings
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for healthcare and insurance products
  • Create and enhance innovative service packages tailored to corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and corporate accounts
  • Ensure proper alignment and execution of approved strategies across departments
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to achieve revenue targets
