IT Engineer, Taguig

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Engineer to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-driven systems and enterprise infrastructure. The role involves managing internal IT networks, supporting ERP/SOP systems, and overseeing AI project lifecycles to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. AI Systems & Automation

• Operate and manage AI-related information systems.
• Handle AI-powered information retrieval, video production, and editing tools.
• Support structured AI system development using Python.
• Manage the full AI project lifecycle including:
• Data collection
• Data preprocessing
• Feature engineering
• Model monitoring and optimization
• Ensure safe, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies.

2. System Development & Infrastructure

• Build, deploy, and maintain front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop internal tools and automated workflows.
• Create, configure, and maintain ERP or SOP systems.
• Establish and manage company databases and information repositories.
• Set up and optimize webmail and internal communication systems.
• Maintain and optimize company internal networks.

3. IT Operations & Technical Support

• Maintain accurate documentation in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Track company IT assets and configurations
• Diagnose software and hardware issues.
• Provide troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Deliver hardware and software technical support.

4. Research & Innovation

• Research emerging AI technologies.
• Assess the impact of new technologies on business processes.
• Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
