Key Responsibilities

Define product positioning and messaging that differentiates Oonas offerings in a competitive electronics/consumer goods market.
Develop and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, and traditional retail channels.
Oversee retail dynamics, including category management and visual merchandising strategies, to optimize the customer purchasing journey.
Conduct rigorous market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing strategies and product roadmap decisions.
Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to ensure flawless product launches and stock availability.
Interpret sales data and consumer insights to pivot strategies and maximize ROI on all marketing spend.
Deliver high-level presentations and negotiate with partners to expand brand reach and market share.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
35 years of solid experience in Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Brand Management.
Previous experience in the Electronics or Consumer Goods industry is highly preferred.
Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms, social media, e-commerce, and CRM tools.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proven track record in retail operations and category management.
Analytical mindset with a high proficiency in interpreting market research and sales metrics.
Creative eye with a strong attention to detail in visual storytelling.
