Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion across four distinct industries.
Strengthen brand identity and competitive positioning, ensuring each business unit maintains a dominant market presence.
Lead marketing transformations by driving innovation and adapting to evolving global and local industry trends.
Identify new market opportunities and analyze consumer behavior to guide the groups expansion efforts.
Optimize the synergy between digital marketing, e-commerce, traditional advertising, and PR for maximum impact.
Manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI and monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team.
Act as a "hands-on" leader, willing to engage at all levels of operations to ensure execution excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

8 to 15 years of proven leadership as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or a similar executive role.
Strong background in F&B, Electronics, Manufacturing, and Retail marketing.
Extensive experience in change management and driving large-scale marketing transformations.
Proven ability to implement strategic plans that result in measurable business growth.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis tools.
Exceptional leadership, creativity, and the ability to work in diverse workplace settings.
Previous experience managing marketing for a diverse conglomerate or a group of companies.
Strong network within the Philippine retail and manufacturing sectors.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or Business.
