We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Healthcare Account team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). The role involves assisting healthcare members, patients, and providers with inquiries related to insurance benefits, claims, billing, and other healthcare-related concerns.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare accounts
• Assist members with insurance benefits, eligibility, claims status, and billing inquiries
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and policies
• Document customer interactions in the system accurately
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and member information (HIPAA compliance)
• Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and attendance standards

• At least High School Graduate (Senior High School graduates welcome)
• With or without BPO experience (Healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Willing to work on-site in McKinley Hill / Market! Market!
• Amenable to shifting schedules
