Store Manager, Taguig

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• Maximize profitability by controlling costs, minimizing waste, reducing shrinkage, and managing clearance strategies.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to perform at their best; ensure clear communication of company policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Monitor and manage operational expenses with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness.
• Handle escalated customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold service excellence.
• Implement company directives and support the execution of new initiatives and tasks assigned by leadership.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in grocery, convenience, or health and wellness sectors.
• Proven experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
